As the WSGS is affiliated to the Geological Association (GA), there is access to GA events
Access to 'Zoom Meetings' from other groups
Receiving "Outcrop", our society bi-annual magazine relating to all things Geological, Earth Sciences, with some Cosmological and Archeological input
We invite ALL members to contribute relevant articles to "Outcrop", whether it be just a small informative or a full blown article. Please do consider writing something to share with your fellows. Guidance for article submissions can be found on our Contributions to 'Outcrop' Page
Membership is currently £15 for an Adult Single; and £25 for Adult Joint, and is due 1^st January each year.
For all Students in full time education the membership is £ FREE, (however "Outcrop" is limited to electronic pdf copy only)
Come to a monthly meeting as a F.o.C. Guest to get a feel for the WSGS to consider joining.
